Aaaaaaaaaaand I got the email. Now we can start planning whether to make an appointment or spend the cash to have me fly out and back to land. I'm not in a huge rush to get the physical card since I can do the most important stuff with the letter itself: health care, SIN, drivers license (I think).
Here's the pertinent info from the letter...

The Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) with instructions on how to proceed has been mailed out to the address we have on your file. You should send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and write on the subject line “COPR not received” if you have not received the Confirmation of Permanent Residence after 14 working days from the date of this letter. Any email sent before the 14 working days will be automatically deleted. Please make sure you include your name, date of birth, UCI and Application number. You should also include your mailing address and indicate if it is a new address.
Please be advised that since you are from a visa-exempt country only the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) has been issued.
