Must have been a big update or something because MyCIC says I'M APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ecas hasn't changed but MyCIC says approved and I cried my eyes out

Still no change in ecas for me. And I never got an email saying myCIC was updated. So yours could very well be updated but your representative might not know. You should ask them to check it if you can.

When I got SA I read the letter and it said I actually got SA like 3-4 days prior, so it seems like they just send the letters out in batches. My rep gets in at 9, but I'm not gonna hold my breath to hear anything today. I just hope by next week. I will enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday and try to stay calm, lol.

I just checked eCAS, which has been updated to "Decision Made". No email yet.

Hey my wife had to get X-rays for the chest again as she got an email saying to do it in 30 days or your file will be closed she did it 4 days ago and I was wondering when I will see an update on ECAS or mycic does anyone have any clue

Aaaaaaaaaaand I got the email. Now we can start planning whether to make an appointment or spend the cash to have me fly out and back to land. I'm not in a huge rush to get the physical card since I can do the most important stuff with the letter itself: health care, SIN, drivers license (I think).

Any email sent before the 14 working days will be automatically deleted. Please make sure you include your name, date of birth, UCI and Application number. You should also include your mailing address and indicate if it is a new address.


Please be advised that since you are from a visa-exempt country only the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) has been issued.

I should've clarified from my previous post that I'd gotten the update on myCIC first, and eCAS followed.
