Hey guys, how long does it take to receive oath letter after the oath information has been posted on ecas? I haven't received the oath letter yet, but on ecas it has been sent since Sept 14th.

Maybe,you will have yours today or tomorrow.They sent mine last Sept 13th ..

We sent you a notice on September 19, 2016 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on Oct 11, 2016 at 11:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
I checked my ecas this morning
We sent you a notice on September 19, 2016 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on Oct 11, 2016 at 11:30 AM. Hey congrats! That's good news. It's like it now takes about 4 months (on the average) to process citizenship application from submission to Oath taking.

Thanks, actually its all depend local office after test to oath mine took 7 week time, so its depend availability for oath ceremony some people from Ontario they are getting faster oath after test almost 3 to 4 weeks. So average 3 to 4 months total process. way better 18 months to 24 months. my brother got citizenship last year and his process took 16 months.

Your office was Edmonton?
So I did my test today , got 20/20 , lady said all is good but they havent got the fingerprinting clearance back yet so thats what they have to wait for before they proceed !!! Am I the only one who was randomly selected to do fingerprints???
