Any word on your sponsorship status? CIC says they are working on applications submitted July 21 so all of the June applicants should have received a decision on their sponsorship by now.

Anyone else apply in June and not hear anything on their sponsorship decision?

We've got our SA on august 25th. AOR2 on sept. 2nd. CEM requested for additional docs on Sept. 7th which we forwarded on the 15th. We are awaiting PPR and acknowledgement of our upfront medicals.

Hope all juners were hearing updates from their VOs.

Hi Ipoo,

They did asked for the receipt of the RPRF, baptismal and school records of our daughter, as our application comes with one dependent.

Hopefully that satisfies everything and will not be scheduled of an interview or subjected to submit further documents. Fingers crossed for PPR.

On what date did they start processing it in Vienna for you? Mine says August 13th in ECAS.

We almost have the same timeline. We received our AOR on the 24th of August and eCAS got updated that CEM received my PR application and that they started processing on Sept. 2. I have not received any e-mails from CEM though regarding additional documents. May I ask what documents did they ask from you? eCAS has also added another line that they already have our medicals. Still no PPR and AOR2. It'll be a month soon since last e-mail from CEM/CPC. :'(

Lucky you they had acknowledge receipt of your medical. Me thinks, your application is complete. Expect PPR soon.

We have a dependent in our application and CEM asked for her baptismal and school records, just a gut feel hunch that CEM is establishing her age and that she qualifies still as a dependent being 18 years of age.

Finger crossed that we receive PPR email next week. Good luck to us!!!

We have several holidays upcoming in Manila. The eidul adha come sept 25th. All saints day and all souls day, the asean summit in november plus december would practically just be a 2weeks working month.

Hope CEM will accord us an early Christmas gift of PPR, DM and VOH!!!

Thanks! I was surprised to get an email on a Sunday night but I guess because it's Monday morning already over there also I'm not from a visa-exempt country and I was wondering if I should send in my passport with the Appendix A already? or wait until they actually ask for it?

You should follow the exact instructions of the VO. If you send your passport ahead of time, it will be returned to you.

Okay, thanks! It was just confusing because on the Appendix A form, they are asking for an address to return my passport to me.

Since you're not from a visa exempt country, you should get another passport request after sending your appendix A. After that, it'll just be a matter of waiting until your visa gets issued!
