Finally got my SA approval by Email today. File is now transferred to Hong Kong Office.

AOR: August 1, 2015

Nope...nothing yet...its a long way....we really have to be patient n keep praying....
I am also 22 june 2015 applicant

I'm not sure other than for New Delhi and Sydney applicants that anyone here has actually received an AOR2 from the overseas visa office. I agree with you, the "in process" status on ECAS is meaningless.

I think the only thing to do is to actually order CAIPS/GCMS notes in order to find out what is happening with your file.

If you've received SA, I would wait at least a month before assuming it's reached the overseas VO

Login if you aren't already, click profile (top right area of the page), on the left of the page you will now see Profile info, Modify profile and actions. Under Modify profile there is an option of notifications and email, click on this. Current topic notifications will now be displayed. Select this forum and Click the unsubscribe button.

Hey! Just checked my eCas.. It says:
1)We received your application for permanent residence on June 24, 2015.
2)We started processing your application on September 8, 2015.

Is it AOR2??? No info about medicals though..

It may say nothing about medicals, but there is a chance that they've already been received. eCas is notoriously slow in regards to updates.

I e-mailed CIC to ask about my wife's medicals since they weren't showing up in our eCas, and they confirmed that they were received.

Yes, I believe that is AOR2! Congrats!

same with me no medical received but I email vo asking them if they received it.

My partner finally received SA this morning via email, 9 days after I received my AOR2 email from the Sydney VO.

eCAS still showing 'In Process' for both my partner and myself, my Sponsored Person status still sitting at:

1) We received xxxxxx's application for permanent residence on June 22, 2015.
2) We started processing xxxxxx's application on September 1, 2015.
3) Medical results have been received.

So I received my email, but they said that it was being sent to CPC Ottawa and NOT Manila like it was supposed to? Anyone know why? Will that benefit us or not? My husband is from South Korea, and according to the website it means it will be processed in Manila.....

So 74 days since app received and still no SA... My app was filed in french so I supose that's why, but still. Anybody else in the same situation?
