Anyone else with SVO? I checked ecas this morning and under Permanent Residence Application Status -> Decision Made :o
However, when I click into it, it only has the three lines:

We received ________'s application for permanent residence on June 23, 2015.
We started processing ________'s application on August 27, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

Congrats.. you are getting closer to the PPR.

I'm worried that's not the case... SVO has listed wait time of 27mo and I'm June 23rd applicant. With such a short period, I'm concerned they just DM for interview :'(

I suggest you order GCMS notes to find out whats going on, you will get them within 30 days which might be even sooner than you get any correspondence from the VO (in some cases on forum here). In case there is an interview, it is also helpful in finding out what were the concerns with your application.

I watched a youtube video on how to order gcms notes and it says I need to upload some consent form from my wife? It's going to take weeks to mail her the documents to sign if that's the case. Can I use myself as the consent person since I'm the husband?

No, she must sign the consent form herself. You can fill it up, email it to her for the signature and then she can scan and send you back the e-copy which you can use for the upload.

I had my spouse print out the form, sign it, and then scan it as a PDF, and then I emailed the PDF back to them. It worked for me! They accepted it and sent my notes shortly after.

Medical results have been received.

Mine (Canadian sponsoring US spouse) has looked identical to this since the 26th as well with no further changes. I've also heard that some other people are having the same experience. According to the "Application for permanent residence outside Canada" section, it says that it would still say "In Process" if they are considering an interview, and that "Decision Made" means three things: 1) Medical results have been received 2) Your application will either be approved or rejected. We will inform you in writing 3)"If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence."

It is quite unlikely that it means an interview is being requested according to this information (thankfully)!

I sent in GCMS request, hopefully will find out soon :P

No they didnt. I havent heard that being asked before an interview though. I am assuming after the interview when they decide if there is sufficient information and they approve us thats the point at which they ask for the next stuff.
