USPS took TEN days to deliver my husband's portion of our application and he used priority mail, so unless I can get everything organized in the next 3 days, we're looking at submitting in July

Question for you all: Can you go and hand deliver the package to Mississauga instead of entrusting it to Canada Post or courier mail?

Unfortunately they do not accept hand deliveries. It says it on this webpage from CIC (at the bottom) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp

I just realized you put my info in the spreadsheat, thanks! I just send my app though and I'm not shure it will reach Mississauga before the end of June, maybe I'll have to change to July group :'( I wanted to be part of June haha

Mine was delivered Jun 3...of course, it's too soon to have heard anything from them yet as it's only been 24 days...

For anyone new to the forum, based on what I've seen so far, it's probably easier to follow the thread where the applicant package is sent to once you have Sponsor approval (spreadsheets seem to have been set up for each of the visa offices....(i.e. spousal sponsorship Abu Dhabi visa office)

Good luck everyone!!! keep us posted as to when you receive your AOR....in some cases...they don't bother with the AOR and the first you hear from CIC is when the Sponsor is approved (based on what I've been reading). Depends on the VO...

Sarim I think it's still a bit early to expect news.....but I hear you! Also, keep in mind that many employees take holidays Jun - Sept (Canada's warm summer months and this could affect processing times....we'll be keeping in touch on the ADVO thread (I pray my husband's application is sent to ADVO and not to Jordan...as he has been living in the UAE for more than 8 years...

I expect maybe we'll hear something in the 2nd week of July....

So nice to connect with everyone on this thread....

Yeah we all can hope for the best i am also praying for ADVO instead of LVO as i am Pakistani citizen living in UAE..

Since we are all applying via outland...how many of you did NOT supply your option C printout? Ive resided in Korea for 8 years now, and cannot but I heard inland applicant who don't supply it will be rejected straight off...makes me a little worried!!
