Since we are all applying via outland...how many of you did NOT supply your option C printout? Ive resided in Korea for 8 years now, and cannot but I heard inland applicant who don't supply it will be rejected straight off...makes me a little worried!!

My sponsor my wife she attached option C because she is outside from only last 4 months she have all records of proper tax filing of last year and this year too..

@tcbaek

Well I have submitted my Option C and Notice of Assessment as well, but of 2013, not 2014. I was in Canada in June-Aug 2014. Did my taxes as well.

Congrats to everyone!!! It is a waiting game from here on out, and patience will have to be your best friend. I sent my application about a year ago and just got a "Decision Made" update. So, I hope I get good news any day now. I just wanted to give one piece of information/advice... I did not know about this forum when I first applied. and did not have anyone to help me.
I thought I was 100% with my application. You know - crossed all my T's and dotted all my I's, but I was wrong.
I am moving from NYC to Toronto, and needed an FBI background check (as I am sure every American will need), so I thought I would expedite the process by using an FBI channeler, which you can pay extra and get the FBI clearance quicker. FBI even promotes them on their website as "Approved FBI Channelers". Do not use an FBI Channeler!!! The CIC does not accept them and will ask that you submit a clearance directly from the FBI. This process can take up to 3 months alone. I am sure that my Spousal Sponsorship process would have taken 8 months or so, had I known not to use a channeler.
If anyone (from the States) used a channeler I suggest you submit for the background check from the FBI, just to have it in hand when the CIC requests it.
Hope this helps someone, or prevents adding time to your process.... Good luck everyone!!

Does the progress only start showing up online when they send it to the visa processing centre (e.g.: Manila) Ive tried to sign in to see the progress but there is not information available online yet. Anyway know when we can start seeing it?

An explanation needs to be provided if an Option C is not included in the application. I have been living in Japan for the past 3 years, and did not include an Option C, but I did make sure to include an explanation, along with my proof of employment and my japanese proof of tax payments.

From my research, it seems that what I included should suffice.

@tcbaek you'll be able to see things online after the first stage AOR.

Our application was received in Mississauga on June 19.
Now to wait and wait and wait...

Hoping to hear something from them soon!

Anyone here got AOR yet?

Nobody in June so far :(

Any one received AOR or SA..

June applicants wake up ;D

Nothing yet and they got my application on the 1st of June.

My file got delivered on June 03, 2015 and didn't hear anything from CIC yet.

Has anybody contacted CIC to know that they have their file received or any other confirmed except the courier company confirmation?

Thanks,
Dep

Only received confirmation from courier company that your application has been delivered to case processing center that's it. nothing yet received from CIC

I sent my application in earlier this month too. So there's no way to check on your application? Is there a number I can punch in on the CIC website to see where my application is?
