AOR and the Book arrived in the post this morning.

Application was received 13 June and they started processing 15 Aug.

May be June 4th there were 500 applications and only 5 applicationson June 30....just thinking this might be the reason...

I don't understand how they work at CIC. June 4 just updated today while some from end of june were updated 2 weeks ago and some May applicants are still waiting or decided to reapply. They don't follow any logic

There are no changes today, but hopefully will get AOR and Discover Canada book soon. I'm going to have to train myself to not check daily anymore - perhaps once every couple of weeks, at best. If history is any indication, my application will sit for at least a solid year or more without progress, as is typical for offices out this way (e.g. not East). I'm hoping C-24 will drastically speed things up. As it stands now, no one from my office has received a test date or anything in 2014, nor has anyone from the last several months of 2013. It's really quite sad.

Nope, but as per my residence i fall under jurisdiction of CIC mississauga.

Hope rest of all June 2014 mississauga applicants who haven't seen any status updates until now will soon see their eCAS status updated. Good luck and god bless us all.

Finally ECAS updated for me and I was able to login
I can see two lines in process and received
When I click it doesn't give any info on dates

Mine was delivered on June4
Ecas updated August 27

Congrats! Still waiting for mine that was presumably delivered on June 13. Hopefully everyone who sent in June will get updates soon

I have just called CIC and the officer could not check my file as it was received after June 19. Her advise is to wait 2-3 weeks.

My fathers ecas just updated this morning. Checked yesterday, there was no update! Just around the 2month mark!

We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 27, 2014. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

We started processing your application on August 25, 2014.

FINALLY! i only read on this site lol and now i can share my timeline lol
that was fast (they received my application june 30) so i was thinking maybe next week or second week of sept i can open my ecas but after visiting this thread i checked my ecas and tadah! yay!

i was actually worried that they will return my application because of the proof of languange and i didnt pass any of the work history like t4 or letter from the employer. btw im on maternity leave thats why i didnt pass any of those but my friend told me i should include a letter from the employer. thats why im so worried.

CIC received my application on June 23, but I cannot check my status online. I got email from cic, saying they already have my application. don't know when they are going to update the information online.
