AOR and book received at home today ; I was in vacation : it seems it arrived around August the 15th.

AND the received line disappeared this night.



My informations
- application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) received on June 5, 2014.
- processing started on August 8, 2014.

FINALLY! i only read on this site lol and now i can share my timeline lol
that was fast (they received my application june 30) so i was thinking maybe next week or second week of sept i can open my ecas but after visiting this thread i checked my ecas and tadah! yay!

i was actually worried that they will return my application because of the proof of languange and i didnt pass any of the work history like t4 or letter from the employer. btw im on maternity leave thats why i didnt pass any of those but my friend told me i should include a letter from the employer. thats why im so worried.

CIC received my application on June 23, but I cannot check my status online. I got email from cic, saying they already have my application. don't know when they are going to update the information online.

So when did u receive email from cic?
My application was received on June 23 rd too. I received no email from them, no active Ecas either

I filed the atip yesterday nite and get this back.
I mailed on June 13th and delivered on June 16th.
I read the forum and saw one of guys was saying there were some docs get on June and marked as July cases.
What I should do now?Resubmit?

cic doesn't have anything either.Agent said might be return.But if I ran atip,there is no record....

Call center this time has another story.
She said it is deal 19th now and let me wait two more weeks.
It is normal she said I can't see something from ATIP.
Coz file has been not set it up yet.

No OAR today.. i am tired checking the mail .. Based on the google spreadsheet, no one in ottawa has seen their received line disappeared in a long time and it seems that its a slow processing office. So i should not be expecting anything to happen soon.. i should try to restrain myself from checking ecas and the mail-lol..

Sorry to hear that. Is your ecas active yet? If no, then perhaps they have not opened your file yet which would make sense they are not able to process the ATIP request yet?

Thanks.ecas not active,that's why I was worried.but at beginning I thought my case had been sent back but now with atip,I think it is more likely they didn't open.My friend case and my was sending out together and save can't see ecas.
