what was the reason for BOWP rejection?
either you may not fill the form correctly or your PR might be confirmed. Otherwise it will get through.

Hi,

I received reply from CIC stating my CoPR is valid till 2Mar2016 and before the day i need move in Canada with my family members.
So they want the passports immediately. And under no circumstances they will cannot extend the time.

Having a time less than 90 days is not possible for me. Atleast if i resign my job today, i will have to give a notice of 90 days and before moving into canada there are lot of stuffs to be taken care like arranging a job in Canada, etc.

What i heard from previous applicants are CIC will issue VISA which is valid for 1 year. But it is totally different in my case.
Please can any one throw some way forward

Even my case as yours.(Notice period 90 days)..Medicals done on Feb 28th 2015.Still not received PPR though...There should be some way out as present company is not leaving before 90 days. One more thing you cannot enter and leave Canada immediately if you are thinking so.You need to get PR card to leave Canada .One of my known friend is waiting for PR card from past 3 months

Have anyone send passports for Visa stamping from outside canada and usa. If so share the address and what is the option used to arrange prepaid mail service to get back our passports

Hi,
I think it is not mandatory to get PR card. We can return back to our home country even next day but to reenter canada we need to approach Canadian embassy, explain the situation with the CoPR received earlier. With that they will issue a temporary permit / visa to reenter canada. Then it is mandatory to apply PR card for subsequent travel.

But is it possible to apply PR card as soon as we enter canada and arrange it to deliver in one of friends home in canada. Then later we can get it from him either through courier or meeting in person outside canada.
Is it possible or Have anyone tried this.

I have received my GCMS Notes on Dec 9th, 2015 and the status is exactly same. but my BOWP was refused :-(
Now Im bit worried if there is something wrong with my PR application. :-(

I dont think your PR application has any issues... I think rules has changed now and some officers don't understand it properly. u might be a victim of someones carelessness.

Thanks a lot hope so!
Yes, it is really a carelessness and I am put into such a miserable position right now!

I am a June 30th applicant.
Did my medical upfront, but got the actual mai from CIC in August. Got the RPRF in Aug end.
But when i called them, they were very rude.

I applied form GCMS note and see RPRF updated, and medical updated for me and my daughter, but not form my wife.
