Sad to see my 2016 prediction is coming true. (I don't really care and CANADIAN PR doesn't worth a penny to me now)

Called call center today and still same sh*t except one update. They said they updated the record of ME in November and extended the validity for another year. So it's going to be valid until Nov 2016 instead of Feb 2016.

For June applicants who received medical requests back in February, there was concern that our ME results might expire after one year (Feb 2016) and CIC will ask us to redo it by then. Looks like they realized that would be nonsense, and so went ahead and extended the validity of our ME (also to buy some time for more delay).

Interesting ! Looks like they dont have plans to complete the whole of June applicants by or before Feb 2016..

Haven't received PR yet and I don't think I will get it anytime soon.Cic requested FBI certificate again(November 19th) although I submitted in February this year. Send them a mail with the scanned FBI certificate and explaining to then that it was already submitted.No reply from them yet. In the meantime applied for a new FBI certificate in November. FBI takes 13-15 weeks now for processing.It's a long long wait I guess.

I need your help..

I am sep 4th applicant, I have submitted my India PCC ( issued from PSK Pune ) in March15. I Know if passport address is same as residential address then PCC gets issued same day. It took me 2 months to get India PCC as my passport address is different than my residential address. Looking at the pace of application processing, i think I am also going to need new PCC in few months.
My question is, if i apply for PCC with same residential address then how long it would take PSK to issue me new PCC, are they going to do complete 2 month process( police verification ) again or can they issue on same day?

I am not sure about Pune, but I have applied my PCC on Dec 10, 2015(received request from CIC on Dec 04,2015 for my Indian PCC) through Commissioner of Police in Bangalore and I got my PCC today. I will send PCC to my lawyer tomorrow through FedEx.

Hi there, any specific reason why CIC has asked for your FBI (US PCC) Certificate now as you seem to have submitted along with your initial application ? Is it because of some overlooking from their end or did you travel to USA and stay for more than 6 months in this year ?

Reason am asking is that i had submitted an FBI certificate last year with my application (02 Oct applicant). Just wanted to be better prepared considering the fact it takes 13-15 weeks to get one new..
