Hello All,

My passport reached Delhi, India office on 11-Aug-15, awaiting for visa stamping.

Does any know how long it takes to get visa stamping done in Delhi office?

Has anyone in similar situation like me, sent to Delhi office & waiting for visa stamping? If yes, please share your timelines.

So, like most of you guys, this wait has finally forced me apply for a new bridging open work permit as my current one is expiring in less than a month.

Can someone please help me how to fill in the same ?
I have questions mainly on the "intended work in Canada" section.
Do I have to fill this or put Unknown and leave it blank ?

Any idea of time after "We started processing your application on...." line. Anyone received PPR after that line (June applicant)?

I wont think anyone recieved it.

I suspect it's another default line people getting as part with the AOR date. Like if someone got AOR around 10-Aug-2015....he/she might have got third line around 10-Aug-2015....so eventually no progress for us.

I got three lines too:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 17, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on August 2, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.

Timeline:

Submitted 17th of June
AOR 2. august 2014
Medicals received 5th of February 2015
Request for original police certificate 5th of June 2015 (sent original PC february 10th and another one at the end of July 2015)
Medicals submitted 10th of february 2015

My due date was 2nd of August 2015 on my GCMS notes. For whatever reason I was put on second review, although I was deemed eligible and was requested to do medicals).
I REALLY hope they do SOMETHING now. The update on my ECAS came around the 13th of august. I'm running out of status in a month, still waiting for BOWP (105 days now...) and might lose a job that I should've started YESTERDAY. Thanks CIC!!!

so it took cic 2 months to acknowledge you medical results? or the doctor didn't send it.
also did you email or scan anything related to medical to cic could you plz share with us the email address.

We sent the hard copies to cic.Yes it took almost 2 months to get updated in ECAS.

You may look at Checklist at following page, but most of them are for non-open work permit applicants.

If you are applying online, after questionnaire, in MyCIC you will see the required documents and photo.
AOR, Copy of work permit, and letter is what you need as extra.

Hey How did you did you send your application to delhi office ?.
Also when you emailed them to change your visa stamping country to India. Did you get any mail back from them and any special instruction on how to send it to Delhi office for stamping ?
