Trend clearly indicates that CIC started working on July applications (starting from June 26th) ignoring the June ones. I am not sure if it is intentional or we have been overlooked. Is there any way we can inform CIC about the fact that we have been ignored.

I was looking at the excel document to try to understanding timing from other people experiences but apparently my case went differently ... having my medical and RPRF asked at the same time .... I notice that most of the people on the excel are been asked for RPRF roughly two months after medical ... any other experience the same as mine ? having medical and RPRF at the same time? is that mean will be faster ? I have the second line on ecas but no third/ medical received (I literally did it this week)
I know we have to be patience, I'm not here complaining about how slow it is, I'm just try to understand timing from other people that was in the same situation as mine that's all

When I contacted Customer Service, informed me that it will take 12 months from the date of receipt by the processing office, Ottawa which is not inline with the CIC web site statement (processing time from the date of receipt of complete application, either Applicateion Received date (eCAS) or AOR..whatever). My App recd date is Jun 9, AOR Jul 21, Ottwa rec date in Jan..yes you read it right January 2015.
There could be multiple things they need to check, but definitely there is a HUGE room for process improvement. From our side...build, build and build your patience till you hear something from CIC.
