my & my wife workpermits expire in Nov.2015.... What is the best time to apply for extension because now I feel like they are not looking on June applicants.... ???

I'm thinking your PR should be finalized by then but at the rate this process is moving along there is no guarantee... I take it you will need a BOWP and from what I understand you should apply within 4 months of you WP expiry date.

I am agree with you becasue I don't want to loose my permenant job in case my PR approved. I am going to apply in end of july.....Thanks....

Current Time frame for issye workpermit is 60-75 days,you can also apply in end of july, will get ur WP before yours old one expire.....

guys! please help. I just got refused of BOWP last may 25. and I am on restoration. my employer and I decided to just re apply wp in the border.. but the closed work permit this time. we can provide job offer, LMIA exempt fee, pnp cert and support letter and any Pr related documents. questions are:
1. is it possible to get a positive result in there?
2. I don't have idea how to do that. any idea?
3.how can I pay?

PLEASE HELP ME! I AM REALLY SCARED!
ANY IDEAS WILL HELP!

This is really frustrating and the problem is no RTI can be raised on CIC. They even stopped to look at the file if you are within 13 Months. They have a survey on their website. may be we should put comments on the survey , all of us from June and othesr with the same condition

Hi Friend,

Sorry to hear about your BOWP refusal, but you can try again and will get it,
As per CIC rules, you will get BOWP until your CEC file is in process.
1. Is this is your first time BOWP or second time.
2. Did you applied BOWP with current employer or different employer name in BOWP application.
3. Did you have valid LMIA currently with you.
4. What was the reason for refusal for BOWP from CIC. Since CIC explains the reason for refusal.

Please let us know this answers, based on your answers, I hope you may get some suggestions from this forum.

My AOR date is 16 Jun and medicals completed in Feb 2015. On line status confirm these two things but no changes at all since then.

Getting into a desperate situation now as wife has employer putting a condition that PR is a must and they can't wait for that...

Am at loss as to what to do to get any response from CIC

A lot of us are in the same situation and there is nothing we can do
