Hi everybody,

I posted a few days ago that CIC officer stated that I appear to not meet requirement, long story short, I noticed that officer is only making mention of two T4s making a total earnings of $$29K but the thing is that I sent three T4s and these make total earnings of $$40K.

What I did miss was the LOE with main duties, I have these letters now.


I need to know what is the best way to send these documents to CIC for my CEC application, email? if so which email? or by paper? which address?, please.

To be on safe side..send those documents by Canada post(registered) & email. Your AOR confirmation email(CIC) has both addresses.

In my case I did send some additional document in below email address
CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca

I did mentioned application number in subject and below details in my email

Surname (Last name) - Exactly as it appears on passport or identity document;
Given name(s) (First name) - Exactly as it appears on passport or identity document;
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number; and
Application number (V#, F#, EP#, E#, B#).


Then, After 7days, I called CIC on 1-888-242‑2100 and they confiemd that they have received it and
documents are uploaded in my file. Hope this helps.

The job description provided in the letter(s) of employment appears to have been partially drawn or drawn directly from HRSDC websile. There is no specific detail in the list of duties that differentiates the work from the generic description provided by HRSDC. web-based search conducted - Online information verified.
Pay stubs on file. LANGUAGE: CELPIP submited- applicant meets benchmarks for work experience at this skill level B.

Try to get an updated job description letter from employer.

1. Leave everything same add 3 - 4 points specific to your job duties.

2. With the explanation letter stating that you are sending updated job letter with specific job duties.

I think that would be your best option.
