hello guys, i am new to this forum.
Do any of guys know that an application submitted in november 2014, possibly by 15th of nov, will go through or do you think the cap will be filled by then?
the cap is 8000. by far close to 3000 have gone through. If you can even predict or guess or estimate taking into consideration the previous years. I am eligible under NOC 0631, managerial services. This is eating me up due to the new changes about to be implemented by jan 2015.(Express entry).Any replies would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I have just filled my timeline in the spreadsheet:

NOC 2232
Filed 6/28/2014
Received 7/2/2014
AOR received 8/21/2014

Good luck to all!

Hi,
My Appln. recived by CIC on June 2nd, 2014. No AOR yet. I have sent an enquiry to CIC's e-service and got the following reply

"We have verified the information provided. We can provide you with the following details concerning the status of your application for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class category:

The application was received at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on June 2, 2014.
Initial assessment has been finalized and the application has been transferred to the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, on July 22, 2014.
The current processing time on the website is 13 months for this category.

We suggest you follow up after July 2, 2015"

They still did not disclosed my AOR but mentioned my application has been transferred to CPC, Ottowa??Any thoughts??

my June CEC application timeline:

Sent: June 05, 2014
Received: June 09, 2014
AOR: August 13, 2014

of course, I sent email to cic because the application had been gone by 10 weeks already. then.. I received AOR on that day after I sent email to them ???

Hello Everyone,

I have one question...If i apply under CEC and get AOR...Does this mean that i fall under the CAP of 8000 applications?

Or is there still chance that in future when cic actually process my file..they might return the file saying that CAP is full.

hi sanjit,

I got response from CIC's E services unit. You can wait for some more time . They will surely respond back.

Of course you fall under 8000 applications... That's how they count the XXXX/8000 in the beginning.
