Hi Guys,
I have a question re: my CELPIP results:
Listening 7
Writing 6
Reading 7
Speaking 5

My NOC is B.
Im confused on the chart in CIC website that there is a line that NOC B= CLB level all =6
and there is another line that say NOC B, CLB Level all = 5.

Im wondering if this results is qualified or I need to retake the exam because I results of 5 in speaking.
is there anybody in the forums who has the results of 5 but their application has been accepted?

Thank you in advance!

Application: E00018*****
"Your application has now been placed into processing."
I get my AOR today, after 49 days when my application package reached CIC office in NS. :)

Dear Folks,

I'm going back home to attend a relative's wedding in Sept and will stay there for family visit for about 2 months.

Do you think I should notify CIC about that? According to others' timelines, I don't think anything will happen that soon?

Thanks!

Hi XtraordFavor,

You don't mind about CLB level 6, Because you only need CLB level 5. You can read and understand below mentioned lines.

8)If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC B job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5 in either English or French for all four language abilities. 8)

So,If you have score in CELPIP, you only need band score 5 in listening, reading, writing and speaking

Best of luck

How long does it take to see your application in e-CAS once you receive your AOR email ?

Hi, you don't need to notify CIC about your trip.

Normally updated in a day or 2..

So what's after the AOR. Do we need to prepare anything or just wait for further communication?

And any idea on 2014 Avg time to get MR request after the AOR?

Thanks

Hi all,

I have now ready the NOA and the PCC which I did not include in the application package because were note available.
In the AOR it says to do not send any additional document and wait for CIC to ask for, but I read here and there that someone sent missing documents as soon as received.

What's the best way? Waiting for their request will delay a lot the application? If I send them without being requested to do so, is there any chance the documents get lost?

Thanks

If you are looking on spreadsheets from last months, you see that at this moment January 2014 applicants start getting medical request. So 7-8 months waiting for MR before us. But look, that usually they get AOR after 30-40 days after send package, in June this number is close to 50 days.
Long way for us ???

June 6th Application AOR Not Yet Received

Dear Friends,

65 days and yet no AOR, no money charged on CC, and application not returned back ....any insights :(

I posted my application via Canada Post with "signature requested" delivery option on June 6th and it was received at Sydney on 9th June. I have still not yet received AOR nor my application has been returned back to me. As per canada post site the package was delivered and signed by "MK". I had filed PR application under NOC 2174. It has been more than 65 days any insights or thoughts?

Just Received my AOR after 50days of waiting.. :D

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AsFmKvHOgoF5dEVfbWJESjVhU0tmM0c0NlFQS3VwMXc&usp=sharing#gid=0

I checked with my bank today afternoon and was told that my draft was still not cashed.... but AOR says that my draft was cashed on 7th August. ::)

Best of luck all!
