Can somebody explain how to cancel BOWP from Canada and my wife visitor visa from outside canada. I applied in August and as now my PR has approved. I want to cancel it and get the refund, if possible.

My eCas has different mailing address and I want to change it same as my home address.. If I update my mailing address today...will it impact processing time of my application?

ironmanipl doesn't got the context right 'Khan112244 has applied in April 2014, post that he applied BOWP in August 2015 '. He just inquiring to cancel his BOWP applied in august and he is not august applicant.

why do you think ours are the easiest?

I am not always following others' timelines, but what I noticed is that CIC processed cases which were under 2nd review first, since the officer probably had to ask for additional documents which may take longer time to process. Then those non-2nd review but need visa, since somehow it requires several steps, sending request email, getting the stamp on passport, send it back etc. Only those non-2nd review, visa exempt require the fewest procedures, they don't even have to send us email, they just change ECAS and send the CoPR, it's purely one-sided so they just leave till the last to finish (and probably can still meet the deadline if any).

We got in touch with CSIS. They still haven't received a request from CIC to screen us, even though CIC keeps saying that our security check is in progress.

After getting the letter, we emailed CIC and got the standard response back. The CIC Call Centre was making excuses and of course nowhere with them either. They say our file will be finalised by the end of October, but I don't believe it anymore.
