second review.. plus notes also showed job description being generic issue.

Sadly, that doesn't give us much hope :(

EE applicants are getting PR in 3 ~ 6 months and it's 15 months for us and not a word from CIC... >:( :( >:(

Yes but then how many CEC applicants will have enough points to get an EE ITA... i see so many applicants who got files returned for CEC in Nov/Dec and didn't get an ITA for EE in time before WP expiry.. so we are still in better position than many people.. rather count our blessings instead of crying over why others have it easy (EE people for instance) when we have better than the ones who have 1 year+ experience but cannot apply due to no invite..

So lets put things in better perspective as its better to wait extra 4-5 months for CEC while we can still live and work in Canada.. than having to leave Canada or stay as visitor on expired work permit because we could not get an ITA and wp had expired...

Well, some of us can't stay in Canada and work. We have to wait for the PR to come back.

yes but still atleast u hv a PR application in process instead of having nothing due to no ITA
yea we need to be positive, negativity will just make it worse. Lot of my colleagues didn get through the EE system, due toe 1 year post graduate work permit issue, at least we still have hope..
Better than nothing.

Need Advice:
I am moving out of Canada today....If I get PPR request....if ... at all..after moving to India.....then should I ask to change the VISA office to New Delhi (India?) by replying to that email Or should I send an email upfront?

We DO want to be positive but there is almost zero progress on CEC appliactions (except some RPRFs for some July applicants that we saw first week of sep), there is no timeline on when can we expect to see some progress on our files, 14 month period is just a joke (which was used to be 12 and 13 before). >:( >:( ...No offence intended.

Completely understand your frustration...Even I am in the queue...but I would still say that we should be positive and we will get the PR soon....Its not only the PR, every other category - visitor, Student, work permits are taking a long time...I remember when I came to canada in 2013 my WP took just 2 months for the entire process...now it takes 4 months....earlier the visitor visa would take a week, now its more than a month.....
There could be multiple reasons like Elections, EE, Shaortage of resources...etc etc.....

So hang it tight...we will get it...

BTW, I am Oct 17 applicant...so I will get much after you guys would get it.....

Stay positive, stay blessed.....

Got Call from MP. she said your file is under review. but by GCMS notes says Recommended pass. I am confused now :(
