when you did ur Medical examination? Means CiC alredy recieved it before you get request for RPRF....

I got MR on 16th and RPRF on 20th. I am yet to do my medicals

Hi there,

My husband applied for 1st time on 2012 and he was rejected. We applied on 2014 when he got all the paperwork done correctly. We have been checking the status of the application on ECAS since May 2015 and since then the only application that showed up was the one on 2014 (the one that's currently open and "In process".
The CIC made an update On ECAS during the weekend, but they uploaded the data from the previous PR application (2012) it obviously says "decision Made" and we all now it wasn't good.

So, if somebody has an insight about this or have heard something like this before, I'll appreciate if you can share it with us.

Dont worry. Me too had the same situation . I got ppr after 1 week ...You will be fine if you meet eligibility for current application

I just apply the BOWP today. How long should wait for it? And I have trip during Sep to Oct. What kind of document should I carry with?

Who else hasn't received the MR as me?

Are you guys send out the application by self or use representative / lawyer?

I believe, we have to wait till the due date mentioned in our GCMS note, Could you please mentioned your Due date from your last GCMS note. So we can keep track, whether the CIC is following the due date.

One year after AoR received date is the due date for most of the June applicants. My application received date is June 11 and AoR received date is Jul 23rd 2014. Hence, due date in my GCMS notes is showing as Jul 24th 2015. A per my assumption, due date must have already been passed to the applicants applied before June 6th 2014 under no second review. So far, I haven't heard any update from them.

Every one is desperately waiting for an update from the applicants who are not in second review.

But this is not always true, it changes if CIC request any other document or there is any delay. Your due date is July 24, that means if CIC follow this date then you will get some update in this week or next week.

What is the wrong with June 3rd to june 26 th applications without second review. July folks were lucky and their process was smooth. what is the wrong with June 2014 folks. I Think CIC do not have any SLA now and flexibility of their SLA lead to all these problems. indefinite wait from last year..

The due date after 12 months is obsolete, it was for last year. It is 13 months now
