Recommended Pass does not require or go for second review, once criminality and security is done it will go to VO for approval.

They asked me PCC and RCMP. I did send them and can see that in GCMS as receieved. Its been more than 3 months... does it takes this much time to read my PCC and RCMP

I am wating for 3+ months. I think, we two are left out and may be under same VO. I got my GCMs notes and everty thing looks good.

eligiblity - Recommended pass
medical - pass
criminality - In-progress.

I am in the same boat buddy!

I am June 9 applicant. Medicals done and ECAS updated as received. I haven't ordered for GCMS notes and not sure if I should order one.

App. Filed: June 9 2014
AOR: July 21 2014
Med request: Jan 22 2015
Meds uploaded Feb 12 2015.
RPRF paid upfront: Feb 27 2015
Still waiting after this.

I received my gcms notes (dated April 13, 2015) and eligibility is recommended pass, medical is pass, criminality in progress and security not started.
Does anyone know when security checks start and how long this process takes?

Just got off the phone with CIC inquiring about my application and was told the new processing time is 13 months and i should call back in July.

Anyone's notes has a section called "Eligibility Assessment 2"? Type: Ministerial Instructions. Mine was not started. What does it mean?

Does it mean there will be a 2nd review?

I think Its meane nothing, please check update cand create date, it was definately alomost same time around your AOR came.
If you have still confusion, pelase put screen shot of notes....I will help you
