Hi friends because I am like a kind of worried...just want to know that is it a positive sign if they don't give the result right away ...I mean does that mean there as more chances of approval because they are taking time for review...APNE and sunny.bc..did u ever face a rejection before or is this your first attempt

ya even we applied on june 16th still no updates i know they are very busy processing student visa for september. my wife visa got refused first time in april. the decision was made in 1 month of time because my job is not in NOC O A B level. now my new job falls under NOC B. hope this time we will get some positive news.

hey everybody im going to apply for mu husbands spouse open work permit in few days.. till last year mu husband was working in Saudi Arabia , he cam back in july 2013 and working here since then..my question is does he require a police clearance from Saudi Arabia, please reply asap its urgent..

PCC is must for this my hubby was in U.K he also attached his police clearance. My frnd's husband was asked for this too. He went back to greece get it.

I received my study permit today.now I would like to apply for my spouse open work permit.last time it was refused stating country ties as v were in USA.
now I would like to apply from India.is it better to apply now for my spouse or should I apply for him after I land in Canada in September.also is police clearance certificate required as we stayed in USA for nearly 6 yrs.kindly help me in choosing the right time to apply.also should I apply online r thro VFS

Dont worry ,it just 18 to 19 days, I applied 24 of may and I received medical 23 july ,usually it take one to 2 month ,chandigarh consulate is very busy for student visa for september batch . According to me U will get your result in august.

I am full time student in canada and i applied for my husband open work permit paper based application on 27th march from new delhi. We have submitted the medical along. But still we have received no updates.

we are so tensed as it already has been more than 4 months. Anyone who has applied and not received in 4 months processing time please help !!
We emailed the cic but no replies. Kindly anyone suggest what to do in such situation?
