Yeah i may just do that, cause this is the same situation that lead you to do create this June thread, and spreadsheet. I dont know how to do that, but if anybody would teach me how to make and add folks to the spreadsheet, I would do it. Thankyou.

In the uppermost right portion of the page click profile. Afterwards the screen will load... then click the Forum Profile Information. It's under the modify profile tab on left side of the page. Fill up the infos and then save it by clicking the change profile button on the lowest part of the page.

If you want I can create the spreadsheet for July ( same model as I did for June), and explain how to add applicants etc.
Just create a new thread with July, and in the meantime I'll create the spreadsheet for July, and you can add people when they come in...

Is it easy to monitor the spreadsheet? I am a July applicant and I'd like to give it a try. My only concern is that I have a day job and I can only check the forum at night. There's no thread yet for July 2013 applicants. Should I create one?

How did you know? What will happen next after they process? Will they ask for our passport? Will they let us know if our papers were received by manila visa office?

It's in the CIC website. You may check their processing times. They update it on a weekly basis.

Upon opening of our applications they will send an email saying that they received the application. We call it AOR-Acknowledgement of Receipt. Afterwards they will send Sponsor Approval (SA) after assessing the sponsor's documents and they will also advise in their email that the application will be forwarded to the Manila VO .Manila VO will notify again thru email if they received the application from CPC-M. And then they will ask for the passport of the sponsored person/s and they will hold on to it for a few weeks or months, it's case to case basis.. We call it PPR or Passport Request and they might ask additional documents . Afterwards, visa will be issued if there are no problems with the application. ;D

Ok, thanks, Yeah im still new here, I will create a new July thread then, and you can help me set everything up, I only have 2 messages in my inbox that ive read , I guess i have to delete them to be able to receive more. Oh is it possible to have another person take the spreadsheet over in case i got busy with work? Thankyou.

Hey I already opened up a new thread for July, I got a guy named Sweeden helping me out with the spreadsheet. Im still pretty new here, Im wondering if we can dowork on it together, for incase one of us gets too busy with life. and all. Does anyone know if we can go half on a spreadsheet?

Sweden is a woman, and she's amazing at giving help with anything about the spreadsheet and the topics in this thread. We are very lucky to have nice people with experience that are still around this forum helping us out. Thank you so much Sweden for everything you are doing. We really appreciate it! :-* :-* :-*

Hey both,

I can add both of you to the spreadsheet and you could both have access, so if one is on vacation, or too busy for a few days/weeks, the other can do the updates. It's really easy, and nice for others to be able to trace progress, especially when CIC is not so good at communicating.

Go ahead and create a July 2013 thread, and I'll create the spreadsheet. I'll send you a private message with more info on how to manage it.

I am so thrilled!!!

This morning I got my first e-mail from CIC: "This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2013/06/14". I am hoping that, just like Mariposa81, I will get another e-mail soon confirming my approval to sponsor my husband.

So yes, they do work on the files, and everything will be good for everyone, I am sure of it!!!
