Our application has been sent back to me. I don't know why yet as I have to go pick it up.
I'm so sad and angry right now. I spent almost 3 months putting that thing together. I went through it again and again and again just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Now, a month has been wasted on nothing. I seriously just want to scream. What did I do wrong? :'(

I am so very sorry, Ksimental I know exactly how you feel. Relax, and find out what happened. You will be fine. I've been through that too, and it's really tough. You will get through it tho. Have faith!

So sorry to hear that...went through the same things when my file was returned for A missing signature!!! Pushed me back a month and a half!

Just complete what they need from you, go through your file for anything missing, if you feel adding something now to your file could help in anyway...nows the chance to do it.

And don't worry...this could be a blessing in disguise...you never know!

I am really sorry to hear this. Take it positively. Take it a chance of enriching your file. Add more proofs add more things add history of one more month. My file too was received on 21st June and I am also waiting for it's SA. I am very curious about it. But you don't worry, just do the need full and send it again. Hey Guys.. I have a PPR dated 18 July 2013..

Passport Request for Spousal Visa
My Husband is a Canadian Permanent Resident and have applied for a spousal visa for me.

I recently got approved my Multiple entry Canadian Visa and I intend travelling to canada in 3 days time already bought the ticket today.

Our file got transferred to the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi, and have my passport requested by them my question for you is :

1) If I go to Canada in a next 3 days tickets bought, Do I have to return to India to submit her passport?
2) Does delay in passport submission delay the process as well?
3) Is there any other alternative like authorizing a family member in
India to submit the passport on her behalf? We do understand that we cannot courier her passport to India as the laws in India do not allow shipment of passports. However my relative is leaving for India in 21 days, Is it OK for him to carry her passport and hand it over to her parents who can then submit it forward.

And what is the time limit for us to submit my passport once PPR is made?

Please assist...

I got UCI and Application number int he email received from CIC.

I think it's AOR, not SA. I got these details in my AOR email. I mean how 28 June applicant can get response before. ? May be I am wrong.

Cic is still working on application received on july 10, and the processing time is 30 days so,maybe tomorrow they will update the time processing,just wait for a couple of days, don,t worry everything will be ok.. they will send you a letter too, just keep monitoring your Ecas, once you see it DM, then You can call the them in this number 1-888-242-2100..

My application was received June 13, got AOR on July 3 but until now no SA. ECAS says application received but no updates yet. I'm worried now.

I don't know why you weren't on the spreadsheet. So I guess we are in the same boat now. We both both our AOR on 3th and 6th, and no SA yet... I am a bit worried too mostly because everyone around us got SA already. If I don't get any news this week-end, I will call them on Monday. I pray for the best!
