helo Thaliada, hows ur ecas? is there any development? I checked hubbys ecas yesterday and I read it there (decision made). So hubby called them, they said that sponsorship application is already approved.They already sent a letter to hubby dated july 11,, Maybe hubby will recv it this coming friday. I will know exactly when is the date of our SA once hubby receive the letter.

Try waiting until this Friday. They update their processing times every Thursday . Maybe it takes a week for the Sponsor Approval after they issue you the AOR. I believe you'll get your SA real soon.

Hi Thaliada,

You should be able to call them tomorrow when they update the processing times on the cic website. If they remain at 30 days then they will post they are processing applications received on June 17th so you will be over the 30days on the site and it says you can call then

No ecas is the online tracking system for your application. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ECAS.jsp

You'll get your client ID when you get your AOR. And then hopefully a few days later, you'll be able to log in to ecas and it probably won't say anything more useful than "application received".

Breathe - you've done everything you can and now it's just a long wait

My wife (Sponsor) received the AOR email with the UCI number today, but i didn't receive any email. I want to ask why I haven't received any email and will I have a different UCI number or the same as my wife?

Currently my sponsor cant login into ECAS.

So the whole thing took 6 weeks from the time you sent out the application? 1 month to approve first step and 2 weeks to get the 2nd step all approved already?

No. Her husband just got his SA - 1st stage. The only difference is that he will get it through regular mail, not e-mail.
