Thank you, smvi! No, we haven't yet. We (my husband and I) live in the USA. You have to be in Canada in order to call CIC. We are going there on Thursday night after work. So we'll try to reach them on Friday. This is our the only chance as we coming back home on Sunday.

I GOT PPR YESTERDAY N THEY SAID PAY LANDING FEES IF NOT PAID .. SO MY HUSBAND GONA PAY THAT FEES TODAY SO SHOULD I SEND MY PASSPORT OR SHOULD I HAVE TO INCLUDE THAT LANDING FEES RECEIPT ALONG PASSPORT OR NEW DELHI WILL CONFIRM FROM CIC MISSISAUGA BY THEMSELVES AND NO NEED TO ADD THAT RECEIPT

U need to send the receipt along with the passport...
They wont confirm with CIC... Please dont forgot to include all together.. Else it will delay some days more...
So be careful..

thnxx smvi and is this true that we need to add spouse name on passport ? on new delhi thread some people say its new rule to add spouse name on ur passport and i dont have my husband name on my passport and if i do now it will delay the case by 4 5 months ???

No it is not required..Nor it is been said anywhere in CIC website about the spouse name to be added in PP.
So dont worry ....Just send yr pp along with all the docs..
