I think they basically want to know if you are sponsoring anyone else at the same time. I may be wrong but I would not put your spouse in that answer.

I got confused in 1 question
In sponsorship evaluation, second page : Details of family members and persons included in undertakings in effect or not yet in effect
should i write my spouse name which i sponsored him Huh? because for each table it is written persons included in previous undertaking ...

And one more : in checklist, what is identity and civil status documents???

If there is anybody other than your spouse than fill it out, if not write N/A
its for family members like a child not your spouse. I got confused there too. The previous undertaking just means a family member from a previous sponsorship application. They just want to know if there is someone else in your family ( family means here, you, spouse, children) you sponsored or are sponsoring.
Identity and civil status documents are birth certificates, ID cards etc. that show your ID.

do you think is there any problem that my husband had his medical on April ?! because i see the timeline and everyone has their medical in May ... so i get worry .. actually i was worry so i become morrrre worry ???
and in post website it is written " Item processed at postal facility" i sent it from Toronto yesterday .. so it shouldn't take too long to get there

There is no need to worry..as medical has time duration of one year...

Hi, im new here.. Im about to send our application hopefully by tommorow. But im a bit worried about my option c, it says single on the marital status. But when i phone the revenue last week about changing my status from single into married, they said i dont have to do it bec it is my privacy thingy???... Btw.. Got married last april 2012 and just got back in toronto 2 weeks ago. I hope it wont create a problem on my application as a sponsor. Need some insights please.... Thank you
