New changes will not be effecting old applications. So no issues at all with yours. I mentioned the release just for others information.

CHC London has sent me a letter reaching my lawyer after 10 days and given me 60 days to explain some points in my file. This is while my e-cas has not changed in CIC online status check.

can we know what the letter about ? is that good news ? my ecas also never changed still RBVO !!!

It gave me 60 days from the date of the letter to clarify three topics: Education, Work Experience and my Immigration History.

My experience with CHC says they won't stick to 60 days sharp and they are not very accurate in terms of your documents, mostly in a way that you lose (I mean they are not precise in negative way :'( and where it requires their leniency they are not and they are very on the spot.)

Hay, what you mean they are not satisfied with ur documents ? my elder brother got 30 days to prove his experience letter IO said he is not satisfied and it’s not credible !! in a moment he got shocked !! confused
Don’t know what they want, what else prove they want, than he requested other ref letters from anther branches and seniors gave their business cards, he sent all, straight he rcvd his PPR after the interview,
Btw my ecas is also same RBVO, I got my caips recently in July, my BFD was on 19 May,2012 than nothing after that, I don’t know what’s going on “

Sorry for the confusion. I don't know why you thought I had my medical and then received the clarification request letter. Nope.

The letter has reached by normal post taking 7-10 days from London to Canada (as my lawyer is in Canada), only while my online status is still RBVO. It means file is 'Under Process' but online status has not yet been changed. My medical will not be there unless officers will be satisfied with what I am preparing as an explanation letter.

What I mention in my side line of my posts, is just a 'wish' or 'hope' let's say.

don't worry brother , just send what they want , inshalah MR will be the next letter from VO, my elder brother totaly lose hope after last chance given by VO for calarification for some experince Letters, but in the end he won, and now he is living in toronto since two yrs .. All the best ..

But really we are unlucky, if u remember AEO days, u got rejected and I got approved , but still we applied exactly same month june and almost same timeline, and still we are waiting (rbvo) most of our friends recvd their MRs, Visas , and we are still waiting and I really don't think will get my visa by this year , my immigration plan started .june 2007 still runing after canada, got rfused twice !! Don't no if gonna make it this time !! But always I hope for the best ..

in this point ur right admin, I agree with u, but it just mans feeling u can't control! My application also returned 2 times!! First I applied on jan 2011, they returned it back on mar 2011 cios says its fsw1 accountant no longer in the list WTF !! They are blind or what its fsw2 !! We sent big cover letter , than they returned again on may 2011, bysaying employer letter is missing !!! Why in first place didn't mentioned ! To hide their blunder mistake they searched a mistake, and some of members here sent their application without this letter and today they rcvd MR,that's why I feel unlucky! But as u sid god has diff plans, inshalah kheer , btw what is ur ecas status ? U recvd any corospondence after ur per?

For me to explain how it feels, it is pointless, as you are suffering same like me.

1, The online status checking in CIC is not RELIABLE. So straight into 'in process' is not exactly what it is.
2, Guys, my personal experience says CHC London does not follow 30-day or 60-day from the date of the letter given time for explanation or clearance. Be careful and vigilant.

Praying to the Lord for all of us, especially three of us to get our good news in 2012, if not in first quarter of 2013.

Same happened with me when my application returned they wrote you did not attach job offer from HRDC........how an application could be sent to CIO without of job offer in FSW2........it is one of the major document even they have tick that paper two or three time......but i do not know why any how i sent it again and now since 4 April 2012 Directly im in process........

that realy bad! How cio workers, do such stupid mistakes even the worst they never accept what they done, just wasting the applicant time ,bcus of them I wasted 7 long months , my aeo was for one year , expired last year September 17,2011, am 100 % sure vo will ask for new fresh valid aeo !! anyway ur in process that's great, u can expect MR anytime, good luck ..

Don't worry brother !! Just give them what they want ! If still they are not satisfied VO will schedule an interview, but inshalah without any problems straght u will rcv ur MR! Just relax and tawakal ala alah ... Good luck
