My NOC is 1233.. last year it has just reached about 150 to 200 and till date it is just floating at 49... So should I consider this NOC to be in demand and priority..

Mine is also 1233 & last year it went upto 480 approx, no body can say about the priority given to the certain NOC's / Applications , my friend's NOC was 7216 & last year it went upto 80 approx , my friends application was given piriority but few people from the same NOC got PER in Sep 2010 still on RBVO The way of working of the V O has become myth for us
