Eligibility/BGC- In progress since August 15
I've called severally, and the last time, I am told Eligibility is Review Required comment on it.. not sure why.
We have ordered our GCMS notes though...
But, just wondering how it works afterwards.. PVO is CIO Sydney.
Any insight is appreciated

They can call only if they are declared as your authorized representative on your application, AFAIK.
For some the VOs mark as complete and disappear for some others they leave us hanging in between for months with no updates for no valid reason. Either way my feeling on all this is IRCC has very poor processes and systems. barring a few their office personnel other wise are so unorganized, lazy and ridiculous. We should learn to stay calm and not lose hope man that is all I can say.
