Yes it doesn't work sometimes, some repeat Kai every day, some randomly once a week or 3-4 days, and even then often it doesn't work. I think this depends on the VO and the agent. Some clever ones tend to spot the ones doing the Kai method and jumping the gun and don't react. :cool:
