POST ITA -> query related to settlement funds balance maintenance for 6 months

It must consistently meet, small dips are sometimes overlooked but very subjective. The safest option is to stay consistently above

Address on my marriage certificate is different from the one listed in my PR application

It shouldn't matter, people move houses, and IRCC knows it. It should be fine as long as names, date of birth, etc.. in those documents match with your PR application.

Is Administrative Assistant/Receptionist job Noc B?

The answer already given is right, matching one's roles and responsibilities 70% to one in the NOC webpage is the key. Job titles/designations can be different as each company follows its own logic. Of course, I assume you are not putting a job title that is too vastly different from the roles...

Adding Spouse to PR Application after COPR email

Make sense it looks like Indian passports and PCC are a world apart with spouses names in them, even if you don't have them updated you should be fine I doubt IRCC is going to care as most others countries don't have spouse names in passports or PCCs

Read the OINP conditions well, as per the conditions of your PNP sponsorship you have to inform OINP now as your job conditions change and you are leaving Ontario. If you don't do it you are liable for misrepresentation and might be banned from future applications both with OINP and IRCC. please...

Adding Spouse to PR Application after COPR email

I didn't fully get this one. I assume you meant to say your spouse didn't adopt your family name in the passport? I got even more confused when you said vice-versa you didn't adopt your spouse's name in your passport. I'm not sure if this is some same-sex couple you adopt each other's family...

Moving to US from Canada while PR in progress

Isn't your employer responsible for giving you notice well in advance of such a drastic change? My first question is did you claim 50 points for a job offer? You will face a big challenge if you had because leaving for the USA now means you don't have the Canada job offer anymore and might lose...

    FSW WORLDWIDE

Those telephone helpline folks are not thorough or well-versed, their work procedure doesn't allow them to to think or act proactively. See if they have good brains to think, won't they work elsewhere, than being on a minimum wage answering phone calls? My gut feeling is they often read from an...

Does the employer ask for any insurance bond that I will remain work after 6 month with the same employer

Bonds for legal costs seem legal in Canada. I'm wondering why they would even do it because you can't that easily leave in a closed WP and join others. If the employer has sponsored you an Open WP and paid for it why not it makes perfect business sense for them to do it.
