I believe that obtaining a PR card within this Processing time, with no Canada Post strike, is possible around November to December for those who submitted their file at the start of July.
Here is the logic for my case. (By looking at June application updates)

6th July Submission Date
1. P1 around mid to end of June
2. P2 around the end of July to mid-August (1-1.5 Months After P1)
3. Ecopr around mid-October (2 Months after P2)
4. PR Card in hand around mid-November to end of December (1-2 Months after ECOPR)

Harsh, but I feel this is the most ideal scenario.

E-COPR are moving faster than 2 months now!! but wit the 34 months of processing, we really can not say anything!! it is definitely harsh.
