Has anyone noticed a change on their GC key under "Review of additional documents"?

Mine changed today from "We do not need additional documents" to "not applicable"?
My eligibility has passed in December 2024.

any ideas anyone?

IRCC requested 3 additional docs last Dec.

You were asked to go for a medical for your sowp? Was your file transferred to etobicoke because 8 months is a very long time to receive a work permit after AOR

I didn't have the AOR yet when I applied for OWP. I kept on emailing through the webform and got 2 responses which both told me that I am on maintained status.

Did you guys see the latest delays for sponsorship inside Canada ? What happened, it has increased of 1 year?!?

The website is still saying 24 months and it has been 24 months for a while. The processing time for outland is 11 months!
June applicants have started to get P1 and P2, so hopefully July is next

Anything after 4 months you should look into withdrawing your application if it was not sent to Etobicoke

And re-submit? I’m not sure if that was an option as I was on implied status!

You were on an implied status but you did not get a 180 day extension? If I may how long from your confirmation of receipt did you receive your next correspondence from ircc?

I did get the 180 days extension/work authorization email on July 18 2024
I applied on July 17, biometric request on July 18.
But after that nothing, and got the correspondence letter for biometrics on 4th of April 2025.

I saw a July 12, 2024 applicant claiming they received P2 today on FB. They said there application moved fast after the interview, did anyone else clear BGC yet? Seems like BS to me cuz IRCC still working on June applicants.

It’s definitely odd but maybe the interview somehow accelerated their process!? It’s difficult to reason with the process sometimes lol

My SOWP took 8 months before it was approved. I received a letter from IRCC I’m on maintained status until a decision has been made. I think that my GCKey is not updated. It says background check has not started, but I think they have.

Anyone got the BCG completed? Or any of the three part completed in BCG?

Mine hasn’t even started on the GCKey. They said that the tracker is unreliable. I’m hoping we’ll get portal 1 soon.

The last update I got on my profile was medical update on March 20. Later there was a ghost update on March 31. Background check still shows in progress from last 5 or 6 months

My medical which was completed in Aug. 21 disappeared btw. It went back to ‘we will send you a message when you need a medical exam if this changes.’

Does anyone know how long "Security Screening (Inland)" under Background Check takes?

I applied in mid July 2024 Inland and called IRCC where they said Security hasn't started.
