Tracker updated today. Oath ceremony scheduled for 13 November for all four members of the family. We haven't received the email as yet. Hopefully, it will come in a day or so.

@hssrp
We have received emails with instructions for downloading e-certificate but no invitation mails for oath scheduled for 13 November. Tracker updated today with the oath date. How long does it take them to send the invitation mails?

Congratulations! They send it closer to the oath ceremony date so most likely you should get it by next week.

@hssrp I am concerned about my physical presence as I applied exactly on the 1095th day! Have you ever heard of cases being refused for that reason?
I have already passed the citizenship test.
Your reply is appreciated.

For the virtual citizenship ceremony, do each of us need to login with a separate device? My spouse and I applied together and received different seat numbers for the ceremony.

Just read the instructions again and it states:
"Appear on the same device as your family members, if applicable and possible."
I think I answered my own question :)

Hi - I’ve been noticing updates from most offices except for Sydney. Are they typically slow? My wife had applied for her citizenship earlier this year and breezed through the process in 3 months. Both of us have been in the country for well over the 3 year stay mark needed to be eligible. Applied separately

Also could the admin please add me to the tracker?

Sydney Office

It will not be rejected, but it does get additional scrutiny by senior officers so takes additional time to complete the application.
