Yes I called last week as well. They said P1 email hasn’t been sent out yet. It will be sent with 4 weeks from the day of final decision.

Looks like November FDs are getting delayed with their P1s! It's like IRCC will work on P1 for 1 month and P2 for the next. And a little bit if eCoPRs here and there!
Let’s hope that we don’t have to wait for P2 and the copr for this long. Since we are already waiting for our P1 for 2 weeks now.
No COPR yet, my ticket credits gone today!

They don't know when it will be sent out, they tell you something to stop bothering them in reality.
Agents can give you this info. They don't know it tbh. Yours did the right thing by not giving you random info.
I see in reddit a guy said he got FD P1 P2 today.
