It’s not the issue, you have to give new Biometric using BL

I already gave new biometric using BIL from received letter on Aug 12. The data is uploaded in gckey biometric number, but status change is still not updated

No, the employer wasn't emailed (at least not yet). I got it in my GCKEY for additional document request.
Not sure the reason, maybe for extra verification.

Hello Robby, I submitted the paystubs earlier but resubmitted them anyway. In terms of correspondence, they mean emails or conversations with my employer.

I uploaded and submitted it just an hour ago but the status still shows as below:
We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.
Any idea when this changes to ‘we have received them’ ?

Final Decision: August 27, 2024 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
