Hello anyone can help? I want to ask I received the "Request letter" from IRCC, in which i'm concern the below:

1. I understood this is PPR letter right? So I will process the PP submission and ignore the "Step 1" which said about "Change in Circumstances" (as I dont have any changes)
2. It requests to submit the height and eye colour => how to submit?
3. Do i need to cover the package with any specific details?

Hi received my P1 email today, It says Montreal IRCC but when called IRCC in September they told me my PVO was Ottawa and SVO was Sydney.
