Hi, I still waiting on my medical request. I submitted my biometric two months ago and I am concerned as I noticed most receive the request shortly after the biometric, should I contact the IRCC regarding this or is that normal?

Technically they will not reply as long as the application is with in standard processing times

Hey all,

So as of today my wife's Sponsorship application is at 121 days and her TRV application is at 52 days.

The PA's background check and eligibility is in progress for both TRV and Sponsorship. Based on the avg timeline, we expect some response next week.

However, we have not received a request for medical. Seeing the other applications in the excel PR Tracker. I anticipate my wife's application will take longer than most.

I will provide an update in case we get a positive response from the Spousal TRV. However, I do not have high hopes there.

Hoping for some response to next steps before the holidays for the Sponsorship application. *Fingers Crossed*

Please note - No two applications submitted are identical - meaning every single applications has its own challenges. Hence, do not feel concerned if other applicants in your group has received medicals and if you have not.
I'm noticing in my batch, the ones who recd medicals pretty late, got their applications processed much quicker than most, even though they got medical request at the very last stage. As soon as medical was sent back, they got PPR and COPR.

I'd suggest let it go as its going. No need to get concerned.

My passport was to be expired in jan 2024, therefore i got my passport.
I want to update ircc about my new passport and i tried submitting the web form.. but webform asks for uci which i dont have yet as i dint get AOR

I see people from 09July2023 also not receive AOR on the google docs PR tracker.
