Do we get a Decision Made letter as well? And is that letter required when sending passport for stamping?

You normally get it before passport request. It has nothing to do with sending the passport.

So only things we're sending are the passport, photos, and the PPR.

I've noticed most people get PPR letter in pdf format and they usually have barcodes under UCI and application number.. we got ours in regular email format from cic.gc.ca with no barcodes.. just the numbers. Was confused about that.
I guess we'll just print the email letter.

Yes. It does’nt matter which country you’re from you have to be one of the lucky one’s if you’re file gets processed in Ottawa.
