Maybe if you are paper outland you can login to ecas and gckey. You can see in there when exactly ircc received your application.

Use your info as a sponsor to register or login.

Hi Thank you for the help. I tried to login through above link and It worked! It is showing application received but nothing more to it. Showing last updated on 27 Oct 2022. Thats it.

Haven't received medical request yet. Wife received AOR Nov. 2, Biometrics request Nov. 4. Outland, from United States. GCKey just shows application received and AOR.

New immigration tracker can't find application, tried sponsor and applicant UCI, etc. Tried City, City and State, and just the State for place of birth. Tried entering wife's first and middle names, tried married and maiden last name. ECAS can't find application either. Was able to link account in GCKey same day received AOR with no problems.

F12 just shows Completed, Intake Admission, and Submitted. It has shown this way since at least Sept. so maybe they have changed the F12. Older posts say showed more.

Yes it means 3 November was the last time the IRCC Analyst or Officer updated the file. If the date changes but nothing changes on the screen or in GCKey, then it is called a Ghost update.

Can you see you your Application number? If so you can try and link it in your IRCC account via GCkey . Make sure you include the sponsor in the number of people included in the application question. I was only put 1 for my spouse and it wouldn't work until I changed it to include myself.

No, I cannot see the application number. Any other way to know what's happening?
Do you guys think that I should apply for visitor visa meanwhile I am waiting for AOR/PR?

Hi,
I received an email from CIC regarding my spouse online application. I missed to have a original signature, so they simply said my spouse and myself will have to have hand signature and resubmit the application. I logged into my online application and one of them shows "return". Seems like I can re-upload the documents there and send it back to them. However, I have a couple of questions:

1. Doing this would make me the November applicant or I would still be a July applicant? ( I mean to say, do I loose the line?)

2. So, for the hand signature, do I have to print all the pages, scan them and upload them back in the portal?
(I wanted to print those pages only that require a hand signature, split the original pdf file and merge them back together with the signature page but for some reason I am not able to split the pdf.

Please Advise.

Hello, I believe you start over from the beginning as if you never applied. Sad to say that
In my opinion, I would print all of them and scan all of them again, you do not want to have pages with different margins or quality.

Did you miss a signature or just typed in instead of hand writing the signature?
