I dont get it. They pay a lot money to build and maintain the tracker, and also send us AORs with application number. But when we try to register, it says wrong credentials. Hahahay.

I was able to register today morning. It took almost 3 weeks for me after submit and 2 weeks after AOR.

I was finally able to register this morning

Is anyone else having trouble registering for the application tracker? I got my AOR on the 7th of July, but I have not been able to register for the tracker. It keeps saying my UCI or application number is wrong.

Update: I was able to register for the application tracker. Everything is in progress except the test and ceremony.

My IRCC account still shows only the permanent residency application from 3 years ago. Is the citizenship account separate or it will eventually sync up? Thanks

Its separate. As yours is Paper application you can use the new IRCC Tracker - https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/dashboard . Also you can check the application status on ECAS - https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do

You will need the application number from the AOR. You should already have the UCI and other information yourself.

Your lawyer should get the AOR in about 10-15 days.
