Background Verification Completed - Sep 26
Everything else is in progress

Received test Invite : Oct 21

Passed the test on 29th october

I am not able to login into the portal. Its loading since last 5 days.

any idea when we ll be receiving thee
email for oath ceremony?

What's your location and the processing office? It's based on that too. Some are fast and some are really slow.
First Language, Prohibition, Physical Presence should complete which do take time and then your oath ceremony will be decided.

Hi ,

location is mississuaga and office is mississuaga . Not able to check
First Language, Prohibition, Physical Presence as portal is not working for me

Mississauga is fast. Should be done in a month or two. Raise a webform request if your login issue is not getting sorted out.

Any idea why Online applications take longer than Paper? It doesn’t make sense to me; I would think that a form that is already digital, would facilitate and expedite processing time. It is frustrating knowing that an old and rudimentary method is faster than a modern one, being that it is 2022 and not 1992… I understand that as they have always used paper based application, the process is already “clean” and smooth, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand, at least to have a warning on the portal stating the difference in time processing.
