Hi guys,

I got my test invite yesterday, but my BG check is still in process.

I called IRCC and the agent told me that my security check is passed, but my criminality is still in process.

Is anyone on the same boat?

No, there was no ghost update

Got Test invite Yesterday, I even updated it on the google tracker.

Nopes, No test invite as of yet. on ECAS it says " We started processing your application on September 14, 2022." i dont know what this means and then the BG was completed on Sep 16th.

When you’ll setup your tracker on the citizenship tracker their you can see all the updates. Background check completed and others. Ghost updates are called Ghost updates because you can’t see work done but a new date stamp on the top right corner of the page.

I was able to create Tracker account today July 22, the following day of AOR

Ecas in Process - Oct 6t
Tracker update - October 6th
FP request - Oct 6th
FP submitted - Oct 7th
FP submission received by authorities- Oct 7th ( got some DCN number in the email - that’s what it said - concerned authority has received the FP )
Tracker update - Oct 7th (happened after FP submission )
