When you’ll setup your tracker on the citizenship tracker their you can see all the updates. Background check completed and others. Ghost updates are called Ghost updates because you can’t see work done but a new date stamp on the top right corner of the page. Hope this helps .

Why complicate things with IRCC ??. If all of you are eligible then send one package, I'd Recommend applying together . Apparently paper applications appears to be processed quicker.

If you are flying domestic then yes you can use.

Looks like system is overloaded right now. Pick some odd hour of the day and then try.

In the paper based form it asks only the month not the date.
