I got an update today on new tracker that they received police certificate i sent them
As without asking them for pcc i upfrontly sended
I did it bcz i m stuck on background verification so is it a good sign?
should I expect something this month?

Yes, that is a good sign. Yes you should definitely expect something in a month. I got my PPR request today Sept 22nd...Thanks

Hi Friends,

I paid $150 for adding my baby to sponsorship while spousal application was in progress.


Now I got email from CIC asking "Please pay outstanding balance for child add on fees. 5$" because payment was $155.


There is no option I see to pay $5 in CIC online portal...So do I have to pay $155 and wait for refund.


A response is highly appreciated ..Thanks

You can do is pay $155 and send them new receipt and refund the $150 when they receive new payment

Hi Reetu, I am in a similar situation where everything is complete but background check is still not started. Could you assist me and confirm when and how you sent the the new updated PCC ? If possible, I would like to update it as well.

I submitted via webform
So after 2 month i got update that they received

You can do is pay $155 and send them new receipt and refund the $150 when they receive new payment

U seen that aug applicant got PPR even if his background was not started in PR tracker so we also have chances
