I'm July 2021 applicant. In February 2022, medical had been passed but eligibility and background check not started yet in new tracker. Anyone here whose eligibility and background check status went from not started to completed directly?

My Background check status got updated from 'Not started' to 'Completed' on August 31st...eligibility was updated to Completed in March...

1)When spousal PR visa is stamped,Is the visa expiry date be calculated as I year from Medical done date or from Medical letter issued date?

2)How can we extend first landing.Is it something easy or not recommended

Expired based on medical date (+12 months) OR travel document expiration date (whichever come first).
Most likely it will be based on the medical date.

2)How can we extend first landing.Is it something easy or not recommended
If Confirmation of PR is issued, an expiration visa date stamped on your travel doc, it cannot be extended. You have to , either soft land (validate your CPR and go back home) OR starting from scratch.

Same here No update from new delhi they are ssly not working on june july 2021 files i can see sept people getting so many people got it in 6 months

Yea i saw that too .. they are not even giving a single update to keep our hopes up

I got an update today on new tracker that they received police certificate i sent them
As without asking them for pcc i upfrontly sended
I did it bcz i m stuck on background verification so is it a good sign?
should I expect something this month?
anyone with same situation
