Hello it says that because, like armoured said, it's not a visa or eta. It's also because you can travel with your PR card but not with COPR, even tho they both mean you are a PR. Don't know if I made sense but don't know how else to word it...
Thank you for your response. I am a bit more settled now.

Hey all, I have been asked for supporting documents such as new 5669, and 5562 your travels, new police certificate and proof of ongoing communication and letter of progress with our relationship. All of which is no problem but my question is on GCkey they only provide upload lines for the 5669 5562 and the police certificate, how do I upload the other two requested documents ?

Oh I think you could use the webform wf scanned copies. Or if possible via the VO's direct email.

Edited:

You could probably combine them into one PDF and add them with something else. That's the instructions I found given by IRCC. Another option is the IRCC Webform, but then you risk a delay before they actually receive the Webform and link it to your application.

Hope this was helpful!

IRCC has asked me for a new document. How do I submit it?

7. Click Upload file and follow the steps to find and choose your documents from your computer and upload your document to your account.

I need to add multiple files to my online application, but there is only one field to upload documents. What can I do?
To upload multiple documents to one field, you will need to combine multiple documents into one file.
How to combine documents:
  • Text documents: Copy the text from all files into a single document. If you are including photos, use the “Insert picture” function instead of “Copy/Paste”.
  • PDF files: Combine PDFs to make a multi-page PDF.
If you are using Acrobat DC, follow the instructions on Adobe’s website.
If you don’t have Acrobat DC, there are websites that offer PDF merging services, like:
  • Images: Combine multiple images of your documents into a text document or PDF. When you save a PDF file, use a low resolution (96 dpi) to keep the document under 4MB.
You can only upload one 4MB file per field. If you try to upload multiple files in the same field, only one will be saved.

If you don’t see the option to upload documents in your account, tell us through the IRCC Webform.
Don’t forget to:
  • select the type of application you’re submitting,
  • provide as many details as possible about the problem you had, and
  • include screen shots.
Don’t send in multiple forms to report your issue, as it can slow down our review of the requests.

Hi. You are most welcome. No I did not provide any pre paid envelope. I just sent my photos Royal Mail Signed For. The Embassy sent my documents the same way. I think that because we are in England they probably just absorb the cost of postage. Good luck with everything.
Yes, we read and reread and saw that we could upload, so did so via webform.

I will make a note of how you posted the photos.

Do you already have an ETA (you're the Brit, right)? I understood they are good for 5 years.

This has been the most confusing step!

Thanks I appreciate the feed back, I will combine it with my 5562 form and submit it that way as Web form takes so long to get a reply.
