At this time, I believe it’s age. Anyone below 30 still waiting?? No
I hope if eligibility is passed then these factors are not applicable. Mine passed eligibility and stuck with security clearance. I am hoping age is not a factor as I am over 30.

i dont believe that they do not process our application because they are so ***** busy or application is so complex. but they have time to process February 2021...

PR application approved today (May 14, 2021)

CEC Inland with two dependents.
AOR: Feb 17, 2021,
Medical passed: March 03, 2021,
Biometrics: Not required (biometric information was taken from the previous application)
Background check passed: May 03, 2021,
Eligibility passed: May 14, 2021,
PR approval: May 14, 2021.
Good news... I got COPR today

Same thoughts! I don’t find any trends by any means, looking at their nocs, these are neither prioritized noc not listed in recently announced TR to PR stream as well so I don’t understand what’s going on at IRCC.

Can you do that? Will they refund the fees?
Most likely RPRF will be refunded but what’s the guarantee they would process our new application faster? I was told in Oct 2020 that tentatively by Nov 2020 I should have a decision on my file, here I am still waiting. I was thinking there has to be some procedure internal to IRCC for prioritizing certain type of applications, like prioritizing specific NOCs in demand across Canada but that doesn’t seem to be right. Don’t know what’s going on...

Yes certain NOCs are deemed “essential” and get prioritised and processed faster.
